The Collector
“Life gives us brief moments with another…but sometimes in those brief moment we get memories that last a life time…”
A memory is something that can be remembered.. Well, in the world of IT, it serves as a storage device where you can save and retrieve information.. In a sense, those two meanings are almost the same…
I love experiencing different kinds of things… It may either be eating new foods, going to places I’ve never been to, meeting new people, or just spending time with my friends… Even though they are the same people I’ve been for the past few months, everyday is a new day for all of us.. We may or may not be together at all times, but we make sure that every second that we are together will be remembered..
One way to remember memories is by looking at pictures.. But pictures can have two meanings.. Its either it shows you the mood of the people in the picture, or it can show you what the people in the picture wanted you to see.. Meaning, sadness can be hidden at the back of a smile.. But nevertheless, those are still memories..
I for one, is a kind of person who likes to remember everything.. Medyo makakalimutin na kasi ako kaya I tend to cherish all of the good things I experienced.. So after I bought my camera, I started to take pictures of every activity that we had… And not just that, of course, also the places Ive been too.. and those serves as an instrument to remember the good times I experienced..
But before buying my camera, guess what I do to have a memory of that activity?? Of course, nagpapapichur gamit yung camera ng kasama ko… wahahah… Inde seriously, I had a habit of keeping the receipts of everything… Like when we went to Disney Land, I kept the receipt para maalala ko na nagpunta kami dun pag naghalungkat ako ng gamit sa future.. ehehe.. Aside from that, I have this thing of acquiring things from a person.. What do I mean?? So those things that I got from my friends serves as a memory of them.. To remind me that I have a friend called [name].. Even things that I received from them, yung kusa nilang nibigay kahit inde ko nihihingi, I take extra care of it..
Here are some things that I always bring with me that serves different memories of my friends or places that I went to:
Calendar Keychain from Disney Sea
This is a calendar bought from Disney Sea.. Well, this is not actually mine. I just borrowed this from my good friend kuya James, and I plan to return it to him once I return back and live in Kamakura again.. So maybe you are wondering how this became a calendar.. Well, If you can notice, the months, years, weeks, and days are all written there.. All I have to do is to align the current month to the current year by rotating the external platter… Once aligned, the weeks and the days will be displayed in the lower half (with respect the the year) of the keychain.. See picture for visual reference.. Astig noh… ehehe.. I received that from him on my last day in Kamakura, where we had a farewell party..
Nagoya Castle
This is a keychain I bought when we visited Nagoya Castle on our 3rd day here in Nagoya.. If you can notice, my name is written there, as well as the date and the word Nagoya Castle.. At the back is an image of the Castle itself… Well, this is a machine-made-self-input type of keychain… Well, I bought two separate things: one is the base, and the other one is the holder.. The base is the design itself where my name is machine-embedded.. Then the holder is just the perimeter of the base and serves as the keychain.. Ang kulit nyan kasi itatype mo yung name mo sa machine, ilalagay mo yun bilog, tapos may maririnig kang tumutunog tunog, then umiikot yung bilog, then ayun na… yan yung kakalabasan. ehehe…
Half Mickey Keychain
This is a keychain that my friend Dabbie and I bought together… This is just the half of it, and the other half is of course with Dabbie… The shape is parang yin and yang, and the other half has different design.. It has jewel embedded in it, rather than just normal embosed figure of mickey.. I find that keychain cute, thats why I encouraged Dabbie to buy it with me.. Also, to tease my friend Ginpao because he loves Mickey so much.. ehehe..
Toyota Museum Keychain
We got this for free when we went to the Toyota Museum.. Little did I know that Toyota was a factory that produces thread… Then eventually it became to what we now know as the car-producer toyota… Honestly speaking, those keychains are for students only, but since we are foreigners naawa yung lalake kaya nibigyan nalang kami.. ehehe…
Fleur De Lis
This is from a necklace that came with the poloshirt that Dabbie gave me… Since I dont like necklace that much, I attached it with my other keychains..
And finally, this is the Result of those Keychains and stuffs:
This is what my cellphone looks like… And that just shows that I really value things that I receive from my friends… ehehe…
Tissue Addict
Japan is a country of technology.. We all know that.. Gadgets here are cheaper compared to some other countries, specially the Philippines.. Of course, I took advantage of those prices, and bought me some things that I wanted..
In the business world, the best way that a product can be bought is because of the word hearsay, or what we call in tagalog chismis ... Sometimes we hear someone say “Uy, masarap daw dito.. Tara kain tayu..” or something like “sale daw sa SM, tara punta tayu..” Of course, even if we really don’t know if that is real or not, we tend to do those things like eating in a resto because your friend says the food there are delicious, or going to the mall because there are sales.. And sometimes we get disappointed if those were not true, and we swear never to believe that person again.. ehehe…
Another way of selling your product is by the traditional way of Commercials… So these are the normal pamphlets, big bulletins at the highways, segments at TVs, columns at newspapers, and many more… And here in Japan, you will see alot of those commercials on the streets, by means of manpower.. How you ask?? Well, there are people here giving out papers, tissues, and in summer they give away round pamaypay… You can see them early in the morning, under the sun at lunch time, and of course, at night time where most people are on the streets going home.. Even in the Philippines, you can see those kind of people, giving out papers and stuffs.. And one of my highschool teachers told me that they those people (giving out fliers or papers) don’t care what people(those who get the fliers) do with the stuffs.. Even if they just throw it, or crumble it, they don’t care.. The important thing is just to give away everything they have..
Here in Nagoya, I decided to go to the station after work to buy tickets going to Kamakura.. And I was shocked because the moment I stepped outside the company I worked at, I already received a tissue paper.. And then after 7 steps, I received the same tissue paper… And then I thought, why not get tissue from everyone giving them away.. Lakas trip lang…So I guide my way to everyone giving out tissue papers and immediately tucking it inside my bag after receiving it… And here is a picture of the tissues I got that night:

8 pieces of tissues in less than 10 minutes
Believe me, I was not able to get at least 4 more of those… Hehe.. Hard to avoid people going against my way.. And the people giving out the tissue papers are in zigzag patterns… Hehe…
Here are the tissues I collected every morning, while walking to my office:

Black tissue with cute designs
Honestly speaking, I didn’t notice the different designs in those tissue paper covers… ehehe..
And these tissues I got at the intersection across our office:

ECC tissue
And some more tissues that I dont know where I got from:

Random tissue papers
There are still more tissues, I think 5 more, in the kitchen.. 2 in my bag.. 2 at my drawer in the office… ehehe…
So why you say I became addicted to getting tissue papers from the streets?? Well, first of all, naaawa ako sa mga tao na nagpapamigay nyan.. Kasi they spend hours just handing out those kind of stuffs, and some people don’t even get one or don’t even bother to look at them and iniiwasan pa sila.. The second reason is that, I used tissue papers to dry off the oils when I fry my foods… hehe… Then third, so that I just have one in my bag in case of emergency..
I also have collections of pamaypay but I forgot to take some pics of it.. ehehe…
Till then,… Ja ne…
New Look
hey there guys.. Im back.. ehehe…
You might be wondering why I started doing blogs again.. Again?? well yeah, back when I was in 3rd year college, I used the Friendster Blog to write blogs before.. But I stopped, I forgot the reasons why.. ehehehe.. And now, I started writing again because I have lots of free time here.. Actually, I just haven’t found a good JDo to watch yet, and since I have nothing to do, then I decided to write blogs again and share to you guys what I had been doing lately, or to inform you guys about things that I experienced while in Japan..
I really didn’t had any ideas about good blogsites… And my requirement was that, I can freely add all the apps that I want in that blog .. One good example is my flickr photostreams.. In addition, it should not be so hard to use, and I can edit the CSS for the appearance of my site… So my friends suggested good blogsites and then I checked each one of them.. Well, those sites were quite alright.. So why did I chose wordpress?? Its because of the widget of flickr.. ehehe… Widgets are those that you see on the right side of my site… The search bar, links, calendar, flickr photostream, etc.. And there were alot more widgets available.. So there.. Thanks to my friend, kuya Pot for helping me display my photostreams… ehehe..
Last Sunday, I explored my blogsite and I added alot of things in the links.. So here in my blog, you can see those added links.. namely:
Gusto mo mag Torrent?
In here, I included all the torrents sites that I know… There is the d-addicts site for the Japanese, Taiwanese, and Korean Dramas.. There is the mininova where you can torrent almost anything… Then there’s dattebayo, good for naruto and bleach torrents.. So you can just check the others if you are interested..
Quick Links
In here, I added almost all of the famous personal accounts that one has.. Like Friendster and Multiply.. So in case you wanted to go to your own account, you can just click the links there.. Hehe
Watch Online
Well, for those who lacks space in their HDD or those who don’t want to torrent or download movies, animes or dramas, then you can just watch them Online.. These are good sites that I found, or sites that someone told me.. I included there kumby where you can watch almost all the animes out there.. ehehe.. And other more anime sites, JKT drama and english movies streaming sites..
So there… I may edit the links again in the future.. Or Edit the whole Appearance or theme of my blogsite.. But as for now, yan nalang muna.. ehehe..
I am open to suggestions about other links that you want to see in my blogsite.. Or if you have other good links that can be added in the list, then just comment it here..
Thanks.. Ja ne
Favorite Japanese Drama
Honestly speaking, I really dont like watching dramas. Even in the Philippines, I have no time to watch the television. And if I had, I watch DVDs instead. But what I watched back then was sci-fi or action related series like CSI, NCIS, Prison Break. But after coming to Japan, my world opened its new doors to the movie industry.
Being here in Japan, one of our requirement is to speak Nihongo. Well, we learned the basics in the Philippines. So the rest is up to us. And to tell you the truth, just learning from the book is not enough. Here we realized that we need to practice our conversation. So we did. Then again, it was not enough. What we lack was the listening practice. Even if we can speak a little bit of Nihongo, but if we cannot understand what we are hearing, then its not complete. And the fact is that, its not that easy to understand Japanese language. There are many words that is pronounced the same, but with different meanings. So you really have to understand the context of the sentence.
After spending two months in Japan, I became bored of what to do when I’m at my apartment. And then it hit me, why not watch Japanese Drama to practice both my listening ability and the words as well. Then that night, I started watching Japanese Drama or what we simply call Jdo (Jdorama = JDrama = Japanese Drama). After watching the latest season of Dr. House, I immediately watched the JDo that I copied from my friend Addy. The first JDo that I watched was Hanayori Dango. And after enjoying that, I continued watching other JDo’s until today. So below are the list of my top 10 most favorite Japanese Drama.
10. At Home Dad
At Home Dad is a typical story about a Dad that lost his Job and is having a hard time doing things around the house. That Dad believes that in a family, the Male should do the work while the Female will take care of all the things around the house. The Male will provide the money, the Female will provide the food. So what happens when everything changes and they swap their positions in the house?? ehehe… Well, this is under the category of family and comedy. I really loved this JDo. It tackles different family problems that we usually experience. Well, the main character and his best friend in the JDo are funny. I liked how they portray their characters. Also, the story plot is okay. Overall, this is my top 10 pick as one of the best JDo’s that I’ve watched so far.
9. Maou (Devil)
This is under the category Suspense and Love Story. Well, I like the lead Actor in this Drama. He portrays a Policeman that has accidentally killed someone in the past. And the story is that, the brother of the one killed by the lead actor, seeks revenge, by killing all of those close to the policeman. Actually, the culprit does not literally kill all those involved with the policeman, rather, he creates situations where the victim will die. All of those just to get revenge. Well, this has a really good story and twists. I like how the lead actor plays his role. Ikuta Toma, the lead actor, is known for his comedic expertise. But in this Drama, he showed his versatility when it comes to serious acting.
8. Proposal Daisakusen
Hallelujah Chance! That’s his famous line. Well, the story about a guy who missed all his chances to say his true feelings to a girl. On the wedding day of the girl with another man, he was given a chance to go back to the past to say what he truly feels about the girl. But no matter how many times he went back to the past, he was not able to admit it. And by going back to the past, alot of things were changed and it affected the present day. Well, this is a really romantic story. I like the story though it reminded me of the movie Butterfly Effect.
7. Yamada Taro Monogatari
I loved this Drama. This is a family comedy type of JDo. This drama will make you laugh and cry at the same time. hehe. The story is about a very industrious, highly intellectual but poor guy. He was accepted in a for-rich-people kind of University. Of course, he was popular because of his looks. But what his classmates don’t know is that he is a really poor person. So what do you think will happen if his classmates found out??? Well, I really had fun watching this Drama. Plus I love the supporting characters. hehe..
6. Hanayori Dango Series
Well, if you are familiar with the Drama Meteor Garden, this is the Japanese Version of it. But did you know that, this is the original Meteor Garden? Well, this is from a Manga that was adopted first in Taiwan (tama ba?? ehehe… not sure), and then finaly, they released the Japanese version which is based on the Manga. hehe..
5. My Boss My Hero
ahahah.. This Drama is about the Son of a Yakuza that is the next in line to inherit the company. But the thing is that, the lead actor lacks the mental requirements to run the company. In fact, we can say that the lead actor is really stupid. Hehe. So before he inherits the company, he has to graduate high school first. So what will happen if a Yakuza enters school?? Try to watch it!!.. ehehe.. Before watching this, I already watched the Gokusen Series which is about Yakuzas as well. But the sotry of this Drama is totally different from Gokusen. I surely did had fun watching this.
4. Gokusen Series
Dont laugh if I just watched this Drama here in Japan. Hehe… Well, this Drama has 3 Series, Gokusen 1, 2 and 3.. And back in the Philippines, I was able to see a glimpse of its commercials. But dito ko lang siya napanood. ehehe.. Well, the story is about a Yakuza Grand daughter that will inherit the Yakuza Company. But she chose to become a teacher, and lucky for her, she handles delinquents students. In the process, she became close with her students, understanding their feelings, and the students as well gains her trust. This is a really funny Drama and action in the end. Though she is just like Stephen Seagull who is Invinsible.. hehehe..
3. Hanazakarino Kimitachihe (Hana Kimi)

Hana Kimi
This is a story about a girl, who entered an Exclusive All Boys School just to meet the person who saved her in an accident in the past. Due to this accident, the one who saved her was damaged, and that affected his career. So one of her purpose is to let him do his career again. Well, the story is very funny. Actually, think this is the best comedy JDo ever. Specially, the character portrayed by Ikuta Toma who thinks he is a Homo because he is falling in love with boy. That boy is actually a girl who just cross dressed so that she can enter the school. ehehe..
1. Nodame Cantabile
Well, tied at number one is this Drama, Nodame Cantabile and Zettai Kareshi. Well, this is a comedy love Drama which focuses on a girl who dreams on becoming a renowned Piano artist. In the process, he met a very famous instrument specialist who dreams of becoming a famous conductor. Together, they shared alot of things in life. Well, this is based on a Manga, and the humor here is very much like in a Manga.
1. Zettai Kareshi
This is one of the best Romantic JDo that I had experienced watching. Grabe napaiyak ako dito sa last part. Nakakahiya man aminin, but napaiyak talaga ako sa last episode nito.. Hehe.. The story is about a girl who is unlucky when it comes to love. Then a company representative walked up to her and asked what an ideal boyfriend is for her. Then the next day, the company gave her a robot that has the qualities that she answered in the interview. So the story is that, the girl obviously doesnt like a robot as her boyfriend. But the robot is programmed just to love her. The robot does everything for her even if he destroys himself in the process. And in the end… Well, you just have to watch.. ehehe…
So there, that’s my list of good JDo to watch. Enjoy watching them!!.. Also, if you have suggestions regarding good JDos out there that are not listed here, feel free to comment it so that I can watch it.. ehehe..

Mga Kasama ko sa Japan (日本での友達) Part 2
So here is the final list of the person that I spend/spent my life here in Japan.. ehehe…
Batch 5:
Kuya Nap: (aka: Tatay)
Kaso inde nagkatotoo yun.. Kutsara, Tinidor, Plato, etc.. Tapos the day after kong bilin yung mga gamit, ayun, nalaman ko bigla na inde ko pala siya magiging roommate… sad… ehehe.. Well, Chinese pala tong si Kuya Nap.. Ayun.. Inde ko pa siya masyadong nakakausap and nakakasama sa mga happenings namin, but I can say na isa siya sa mga tao na gusto kong makasama tuwing bumabalik ako sa Kamakura.. ehehe…
Ate Joy: (aka: Nanay)

(wala sanang magalit).. Pero according to my source, na si Boy Abunda (portrayed by Kuya Pot), friends lang daw sila.. kitams, showbiz na showbiz dba.. ehehe.. Marami na silang napagsamahan ni Tatay Nap, kaso due to some indiferences, inde ata sila pedeng maging sila.. Sayang, magandang couple pa naman sana to… Pero nevertheless, lagi silang magkasama pag nagkikita kita sila… Si Ate Joy kasi is nasa Tokyo, while si Kuya Nap naman ay nasa Ofuna.. Medyo malayo yun kaya inde sila araw araw nakakapagkita.. Pero may chismis ako, according to my senses, nagda-date silang dalawa… wahahaa.. chismisChizm… eehehe… But classy look.. Sophisticated… And she is really nice…
Kuya Allan: (aka: The Great Story Teller)

ayan si Kuya Allan.. Simple, mukang tahimik, and mukang shy sa unang tingin.. And in fairness, inde naman siya napipikon kaya go na go kami.. Or nagpapahiram ng jacket kasi malamig.. yung tipong ganun.. Ayun, bakit nga pala Great Story Teller??? well, the title speaks for itself..
Kuya Jeff: (aka: Self Portrait Addict)

And one thing I noticed was that, everyday, parang iba iba yung avatar niya sa YM.. ahaha.. Syempre puro muka niya yung nilalagay niya.. Other than that, ok naman siyang kausap.. Pero ayun, humihingi din ako sa kanya ng mga tips about photography, which is very helpful naman.. ehehe… Thanks pow…
Kuya Chad: (aka: G-Magnet)

o dba, artistahin ang itsura.. ehehe.. Kung bakit G-Magnet, ililihim ko nalang.. ahaha… Nung una, medyo ilang ilang pa siya samin kasi inde pa nga kami ganun ka-close.. Tahimik tong bata na to, and inde masyadong nagco-comment nung una.. Then after nung first night na nagsama sama kami, every lakad, sumasama na siya samin.. And nagulat nalang kami, ayun, close close na kaming lahat.. ehehe.. Hehe… Masasabi ko lang na, its worth the wait na maging ka-close siya kasi ok na kaibigan tong si kuya Chad.. Game na game sa lahat.. Kahit alang tulog at pagod, basta niyaya mo, go na go… ehehe..
Finally Batch 4:
Ate Gel: (aka: Kabayo)

Well, siya po si Ate Gel.. Kasi in simple ways, she can make me smile.. ehehe…
Kuya Mark: (aka: Ojiichan)

Yan ang aming lolo.. ahahha… literally, matanda na si Ojiichan, and ever since na nalaman namin yung word for lolo sa nihongo, yun na ang tawag namin sa kanya.. 3 ata kaming tumatwag ng Ojiichan sa kanya weh… Ako, si Glad at si Dab.. ehehe… Tapos sweet at malambing pa yung pagtawag namin sa kanya, kaya tuwang tuwa si Ojiichan pag tinatawag namin siyang ganun… But according to my sources, itago natin sa pangalang Ate Beth, kahit daw nung nagaaral pa sila nung College, eh kilala na si Ojiichan bilang Tito, or Lolo, or someone who is called like an older person.. Not just because of his age, but also because of his thinking.. Like kumain, and maligo magisa.. wahaha… And in fariness, kahit sumasakit na ang katawan niya, he makes sure na maayos at malinis yung bahay namin.. Malinis, maayos, at talagang magkakaron kayu ng bonding time lagi… Tapos at night din minsan, or while walking home.. So hanggang ngayun, lagi kaming naguusap sa phone para magchismisan.. ehehe.. or magkamustahan.. And one time, sinabi pa niya sakin “Alam mo kung bakit kita tinatawagan lagi??
Ate Addy: (aka: Torrent Queen)

Then malakas din siyang uminom..
Kuya Mike: (aka: Programming Master)

And guess what, naperfect niya yung Certification sa Java dito.. ehehe.. Adik!!! Ayun, as of now, hook na hook din si Mike sa Games.. Being a game developer before, ang pinagkaka abalahan niya ngayun is Ragnarok, and may isa pa weh, nakalimutan ko na… ehehe… Ang chizm ko, malapit na daw silang ikasal ng GF niya, and as of now, nagiipon na siya.. Ninong ako ng anak niyo ahh… jowk.. ehehe.. But kahit na super talino ni kuya Mike, napaka down to earth niya.. Inde nagyayabang kahit isang beses.. Ragnarok-related man or Dota.. ehehe.. Inde siya boring kasama.. ehehe..
Ate Alma: (aka: Entertainer)

Go na go..
Kuya Reynan: (aka: Not Appicable)

Eh baka mabasa niya to at magalit siya, so inde nalang ako maglalagay ng aka niya.. ehehe… But if ever man na maglalagay ako, siguro ang ilalagay ko is Flirty Direk.. wahaha.. peace po kuya Reynan… Then Direk naman, kasi he likes to film.. Actually, he is planning to buy a camcorder either next month or sa december… And binigyan pa niya ako ng tips sa pagvi-video.. ehehe.. Pag may lakad kami, puro videos ang kinukuha niya, gamit yung digi cam niya.. ehehe… And ayun, meron pa siya nung siya yung vini-video habang nageexplain siya ng something about sa place na pupuntahan namin.. ehehe.. Magaling magaling… But talking about his traits, well, mabait siyang tao…
Ate Jenny: (aka: Mega Phone)

And kahit na super dami niyang friends, she make sure na she spends quality time with them… Kahit iba iba yung set of friends niya, handa siyang gawin lahat makasama lang sila.. Like pupunta ng Nagoya magisa to meet his boyfriend.. Or pupunta sa Universal Studios Osaka with her other set of friends.. O dba.. Kasi kahit pagod siya, I mean busy sa work tapos araw araw may overtime (yaman na ng lola ko), tapos on weekends lumalabas pa lagi with her friends.. All for the sake of friendship.. ehehe.. So ayan si Jenny, lively person that gives light to our batch..
Ate Glad: (aka: Computer Adik)

Kasi friends of friends of friends to the nth level kilala niya.. What matters is yung ate Glad na kilala ko ngayun.. hehe.. Alien man or inde.. Adik man sa PC or inde.. ehehe.. So this time, passionate nalang talaga siya… Kaya she is one of those people that I look forward to seeing when I return to Kamakura.. ehehe..
Ate Dab: (aka: Daibutsu-sama)

waa, ang una kong nailagay is Doubutsu-sama (Master Animal).. wahaha.. Then isa sa mga napuntahan namin, is yung lugar nung Daibutsu which means Large Buddha.. Then about her naman, grabe, inde kami close nito.. wahaha.. Honestly speaking, kahit nung nasa NCF pa kami, kaming dalawa na yung super magkasama.. Batchmates kasi kami ni Dab sa Mapua.. Naging mag classmates na din kami before.. But since iba yung set of friends namin, inde kami masyadong naguusap noon.. Dito lang kami naging ok.. ehehe., Then after ng class namin sa NCF, magkasama kaming nagfo-food trip.. Or manood ng sine… ehehe… Grabe, i miss those times.. ehehe.. So being with her for almost a year na, I can say that she is one of those people that once na nakilala mo na siya, its hard to forget her.. ehehe.. Super nag click yung ugali namin, kaya super close na kami.. ehehe.. Pag may problema, or may chizm, ayan super chikahan kami.. ehehe.. So in short, parang siya ang Best Friend ko dito sa Japan… weee… And just being with her makes me happy… naks… wahaha.. And i will never trade our friendship for anything..
So there, sila yung mga nakasama ko na dito sa Japan..And those are just some reasons why I keep on returning back to Kamakura to be with them… ehehe… And Im happy that I was able to meet them… weee..
Till then.. Ja ne..

Mga Kasama ko sa Japan (日本での友達) Part I
“Don’t walk in front of me, I may not follow
Don’t walk behind me, I may not lead
Walk beside me, and be my Friend”
-anonymous
Hey there guys… For those of you who does not know yet, I am currently working in Japan… Ive been here for 7 months already.. And I tell you, its not worth it if you are here with no Friends at all… Japanese people are really serious when it comes to work: no chatting, no singing, no music, no eating (unless break time)… So of course, what better way to brighten up your day, is to spend it with your friends… Even when you are down, as long as you have your friends, you will be okay… Even when you have overtime, as long as you go home together, that’s alright.. When you go somewhere alone, as long as you have friends waiting for you to come back, then everything will be fine…
As for me, I have been with my friends for 4 months, until I was transferred in Nagoya.. So from my old place, where my friends live, it will take about 5 hours minimum by car, 6 hours minimum by bus, 1.45 hours by bullet train, and 5 hours minimum by local train… And that is very far..
So as you guessed, I feel kind of lonely here, to the point that, I became tired of working.. Honestly speaking, I don’t want to work anymore here in Nagoya.. But if ever that my friends, even one of them, are with me here in Nagoya, then I guess that will turn the tables for me…
So as not to die from loneliness in here, I make sure that I visit them every month.. And luckily here in Japan, every month has its own free day.. they celebrate alot of things here in Japan.. Like there is what you call Sports Day, Respect the Elders Day, Autumn Equinox Day, etc. And what I like about them, is that almost all of them are Mondays… So what I do is that, I reserve a ticket (by bus), and travel at night going to Tokyo or Yokohama… The bus leaves around 11:30pm (Friday Night), and then I will arrive early the next day.. So I have the whole Saturday, Sunday with my friends… Then I return to Nagoya (by bus again) on Monday morning so that I can take a rest at night and be ready for office the next day.. And as of now, I was able to ride all of those vehicles going to and from Nagoya… Lucky me.. ehehe…
The price, by the way, varies depending on the Day, hour, or the seat.. For the bus, it costs 5,100 Yen one way (around 2448 Php), for the local train, around 7,800 Yen (that’s 3744 Php), and for the Bullet Train, its worth 10,700 Yen (roughly 5k Php).. But of course, those prices are worth it.. What matters to me is to be with my friends, and spend those holidays with them .. naks!! ehehe…
Everytime I go back to to Kamakura, we make sure that we spend those days together.. So every month, we plan on going somewhere together.. Like last month, we went to Tokyo Dome… Then this month, we went to the Tokyo Game Show.. And of course, during our pahinga moments, we eat together, party together, see a movie in one house all together (siksikan hanggang inde na makagalaw), spend some time in Starbucks.. So napakasaya ko talaga pag bumabalik ako doon.. ehehe…
So what makes them so special that I want to see them badly every month… Here are the reasons:
Batch 2:
Kuya Abel (aka: Dare)

Kahit biruin mo to paulit ulit, inde siya magagalit sayu.. Siguro kunting tampo lang pag nasobrahan na as in 3 days straight na inaasar, pero after nun, babalik ulit siya sa normal… Paborito namin siyang asarin nung andito pa siya… Sad to say, ginusto niyang umuwi sa Pinas for some reasons..
Kuya Mark (aka: GameBoy)

Ate Jane (aka: Baby)

Inde nangiiwan in times of need, and isip bata mature magisip.. ehehe..
Kuya Mars (aka: Default)

Kuya JayR (aka: DI)

DI as in Dance Intructor.. Then the inuman session became a dance party kasi after nug first half nung inuman, super sayawan na kaming lahat… ahahah…
Kuya Pot (aka: Kuya)

Kasi sa amin, siya ang pinakamatanda (as of now).. Sayahan, iyakan, kuwentuhan, kainan, galaan.. But inde lang yun, kahit in times of sadness, matatakbuhan mo siya…
Batch 3:
Ate Kat (aka: Pickle Mind)

Kuya Clint (aka: Karaoke Master)

Kaya ayun..hehe
Kuya Aster (aka: DJ)

so kung meron kaming DI, meron din kaming DJ.. ehehe.. inde man obvious sa picture niya na mahilig siya sa music, adik talaga to doon… ehehe… natatawa ako one time dito, kasi sa totoo lang, mahirap siyang pilitin pag may gala.. pili lang yung mga gala na nakasama namin siya.. pero nung one time kasi, after naming pumunta sa beach, may inuman session samin.. tapos nipipilit ko siya., and may nagsabi na para daw sure na pumunta siya, hawakan ko daw yung Ipod niya… eh inde niya nibigay sakin kasi pupunta naman daw siya.. pero sa inde maipaliwanag na kadahilanan, inde siya pumunta.. tapos nalaman ko pa, na nung pauwi pala kami from the beach, naiwan yung ipod niya sa bus .. awts… kaya ayun… Si kuya Aster ay isa sa pinaka maligayang tao na nakilala ko.. as in, grabe to kung makatawa.. lahat ng sasabihin mo, seryoso man, nakakaiyak man, tumatawa siya lagi.. ewan ko kung bakit.. pero lagi siyang smiling face.. ehehe..
Kuya Rommel (aka: Tour Guide)

well, siya ang tour Guide and translator ng aming samahan.. ahaha.. Wala pa siyang na-miss na gala namin ever since.. Madami kayung mapaguusapan under the sun, and pag may tanung ka, nasasagot niya kagad ito.. ehehe..
Kuya James (aka: DonJa)

Hello World
Wow, what a nice title… The title of this post is the most fundamental or most basic example that you can find in almost all of the programming language tutorial… Either in books or in the internet… So even here at wordpress, this is the title that they used for the first post… Well, lets just leave it as it is…
I often wonder, why Hello World became popular in the programming language basics… I asked alot of people about this, and they said:
“They welcome you into a New World… the World of Programming”
Well, I dont know.. they have a point there, but I think its not that… Well, basing on the first person who used that, test message lang daw yan.. at simula nun, napublish na sa mga books, and dun na nagsimula lahat.. (src Wikipedia).. so sa mga programmers dyan, alam niyo na ngayun kung bat talaga Hello World ang gamit natin.. ehehe..
So applying that here, let me say to you, WELCOME to my blog… Im not expecting anyone to enjoy this site, but I’ll try my best to update this site… So sana pagpatuloy niyo lang yung pagbabasa niyo.. ehehe.. So what to expect in my blog?? Well, nothing of course.. May kasabihan nga tayu:
“Don’t expect, for in expecting, you meet disappointments“
So ayan, I just hope that you enjoy this blog as I do… My plan here, as the name of my blog implies, is to post my experiences in everyday life.. Lalo na ngayung nasa ibang bansa ako, I’ll try my best to give you guys some of the cultures and the places I’ve been to.. So ayun…
Till then… Ja ne..
